Our Objective & Purposes

"To empower the community in the province of Cavite and beyond by educating the people and imparting the importance of promoting the principles of RA 9003, the Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000."
To educate people about the values of health security, sense of social responsibility, and ecological waste management awareness through the 3Rs concept.
Create and organize community chapters and sub-chapters at the barangay level to actively practice proper solid waste management and clean-up drives.
Develop livelihood programs based on the high-value by-products of solid waste collected and managed within the community.
Collaborate with government and private industry sectors to fulfill the provisions and environmental rules set under RA 9003.
